: * Dolls will be finished with 60~90 business days after ordering. For more information, please refer to each doll's product description.
* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently.

* All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.

: * Dolls are customized products so once an order is confirmed, we cannot offer refund or exchange.
* So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.
* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
