* Default cat is offered without brushing.
If you want same beagle like the promotion picture, choose brushing option.
* We apply same body brushing as the promotion picture,
but it can be slightly different since all brushing is done by hand.
* It will take about 5~60 business days to finish a doll.
* All dolls are sent assembled.

* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently.

* All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.

* So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.
* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
