- Fix the sleeve of the shirts before putting jacket on so the sleeve does not ride up.
- Put the belt on the jacket and adjust at the back.
- The dark color fabric outfit may cause stains on the body when it is worn for a long time.
- All decorations and embroideries are handmade and there might be slight differences in each object.
- Metal decorations may be slightly discolored depending on the environment.
- Decorations can be damaged if excessive force is applied.

* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel. So please order it carefully.
* There will be a parting line made during manufacturing process. Please be aware that we send all the dolls without removing the parting line.
* Basically dolls are provided without make up. If you want make up, please select make up option.
* The make-up will be worked same as you choose, but depending on the skin color you choose, the color may look different slightly. Since it's done by hand, there are subtle differences between objects.
* It will take about 60~90 business days to finish a doll.
* If you choose outfit or accessories it can take more time.
* If you order during event, it can take more time.
