    - The Armors(Shoulder, arms, legs) are worn with a hook.
    - Wear the skirt after wearing top and fix it by snap button at the back.
    - Fix the shoulder armor with a button on the top. It is removable.
    - The cape is worn by fixing it on the button of the shoulder armor.
    - The decoration is fixed by hand, so pulling it too much can cause damage.
    - The metal decoration may be slightly discolored depending on the environment.

    * Accessories can be changed with similar design without notice.
    * Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel. So please order it carefully.
    * There will be a parting line made during manufacturing process. Please be aware that we send all the dolls without removing the parting line.
    * Basically dolls are provided without make up. If you want make up, please select make up option.
    * The make-up will be worked same as you choose, but depending on the skin color you choose, the color may look different slightly. Since it's done by hand, there are subtle differences between objects.
    * It will take about 60~90 business days to finish a doll.)

* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently.
* All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.
* Dolls are customized products so once an order is confirmed, we cannot offer refund or exchange.
* So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.
* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
