* Accessories can be changed with similar design without notice.
* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel. So please order it carefully.
* There will be a parting line made during manufacturing process. Please be aware that we send all the dolls without removing the parting line.
* Basically dolls are provided without face up. If you want face up, please select face up option.
* We apply same face up as the promotion picture but it can be slightly different since all face up is done by hand.
* It will take about 90-120 business days to finish a doll.
* If you choose outfit or accessories it can take more time.
* If you order during event period, it can take more time.
* All dolls are sent assembled.
