-Put Shirt-> Pants -> Vest -> Muffler -> Belt -> Jacket in order.
-When putting on a jacket, fix the sleeves before putting on the jacket so that is's not pulled up.
-The belt can be styled loosely, and the scabbard is fixed to the thin belt.
-The eye patch is worn on the inside of the wig, and when worn, the eyelashes may touch.
-The hood and muffler are tied naturally without fastening.
-Wearing for long time the dark colored outfit may cause some stains on the light skin color.
-All decorations have fixed by hand and there might be slight differences each objects.
-Pulling out the decoration forcibly may damage it.

* Accessories can be changed with similar design without notice.* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel. So please order it carefully.* There will be a parting line made during manufacturing process. Please be aware that we send all the dolls without removing the parting line.* Basically dolls are provided without make up. If you want make up, please select make up option.* The make-up will be worked same as you choose, but depending on the skin color you choose, the color may look different slightly. Since it's done by hand, there are subtle differences between objects.* It will take about 60~90 business days to finish a doll.* If you choose outfit or accessories it can take more time.* If you order during event, it can take more time.* All dolls are sent assembled.

Notice

* Thigh parts are so thick from the characteristic of body, and when the doll wears kinds of tight pants, there is the difficulty to take a sitting pose, so please kindly refer this when you purchase. For this points, the goods will not be returned or refunded.   Parting line which is produced during manufacturing process will exist.
In case of dolls, if we remove parting line there will be a color difference, so we don't remove the parting line. Please be aware that we don't exchange or refund dolls due to above reasons.
Tann skin has high chroma so if we do aesthetic work with sand paper or other tool, there will be color difference.
If you have to sand a doll because of a scratch or a scar, you have to sand a whole doll.
Please be aware that we don't take resposibility for color difference made by additional sanding. If a doll is exposed in sunlight for a long time it could turn yellow so please avoid natural light.
Also if it is exposed to a indoor lighting for a long time it could turn yellow or green.
Even though you keep the doll indoor, if you always put on a wig and outfit and apply UV coating, you could prevent yellowing or greening. * Due to manufacturing difficulties, scratches, bubbles or dust inside the doll is not considered as a default.

* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel.
* There will be a putting line made during manufacturing process. Be aware of the putting lines before ordering.
* Basically dolls are provided without makeup. If you want make up, please order them from options.
* We apply same make up as promotion pictures, but there still could be a slight difference between individual dolls.
* After you make an order, it will take around 50-60 days(business days) before you receive your doll.
* Assembled dolls are sent.
* There could be a color difference due to difference in monitor color.

* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently. * All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.

Exchange/Refund

* Dolls are customized products so once an order is confirmed, we cannot offer refund or exchange. * So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
