-Put the jacket by the snap button at the back.
-After put the jacket, fasten the inner hook of the collar to the black beads on the top.
-Wearing for long time the dark colored outfit may cause some stains on the light skin color.
-All decorations have fixed by hand and there might be slight differences each objects.
-Pulling out the decoration forcibly may damage it.
-The jacket and wings cannot be worn together.

[Product Description] 

* Accessories can be changed with similar design without notice.* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel. So please order it carefully.* There will be a parting line made during manufacturing process. Please be aware that we send all the dolls without removing the parting line.* Basically dolls are provided without make up. If you want make up, please select make up option.* The make-up will be worked same as you choose, but depending on the skin color you choose, the color may look different slightly. Since it's done by hand, there are subtle differences between objects.* It will take about 60~90 business days to finish a doll.)* If you choose outfit or accessories it can take more time.* If you order during event, it can take more time.* All dolls are sent assembled.

Notice

- We do not remove parting lines because there can be a color difference.

-Little speck and small bubbles are not considered as a problem.

-In case of dark skin dolls, there can be gate marks on shoulders, wrist, ankles and etc. 

-If a doll is exposed to light (sunlight or indoor light) for a long time skin can turn yellow so please avoid any kind of light.
-In case of dark skin dolls, it can discolor if it is exposed in the thinner for long time.Also use soft brush or sponge when you remove face up.
-In case of light color skin dolls, the resin might be look semitransparent.
-Due to manufacturing difficulties, scratches, bubbles or dust inside the doll is not considered as a default.
Please be aware that we don't offer exchange or refund due to above reasons.

* Dolls will be finished with 60~90 business days after ordering. For more information, please refer to each doll's product description.
* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently. * All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.

Exchange/Refund

* Dolls are customized products so once an order is confirmed, we cannot offer refund or exchange. * So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
