Heel parts in the photo is normal skin.
There could be a little color difference with other parts. We can not refund or return due to this reason.  
Default heel feet part is included in all female dolls, so please order them only when you need an extra heel feet part.
  * It will take about 25~30 days to prepare.
* Please be aware that there could be some changes in the schedule.
* If you order several items at once, they will be sent when every item is ready to be shipped.

* Brushing is not included.
* Hand ring is included in the hand parts.
* There could be a color difference with your doll. Please be aware that we cannot offer exchange or refund due to color difference.
* In case of Normal, Peach Gold, Special Real skin it will take about 5~10 days to prepare. In case of White, Light Brown, Ebony skin it will take about 25~30 days to prepare.
* In case of YID parts, old YID parts and new YID parts cannot be compatible. Please check carefully before ordering.

* Items in stock will be shipped within 5-10 business days after ordering.
* New items can take more time to prepare. Please refer to each item's Product Description.
* In case of dolls, normally it takes about 60~90 business days to prepare a doll. For more information, please refer to Product Description.
* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently.

Exchange/Refund

* To return or excahnge products, contact us within 5 days after receiving your order.
* We only accept return or exchange, if there is a problem with the product.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
