  Basic A type and Fantasy A type – Light Brown skin Basic B type and fantasy B type – Grey skin   If you order wing parts, special torso part which you can attach wing parts will be sent. Please make sure that you will receive a special torso parts for wings.   
* Claude full set (8 pieces)
Includes: doublet / pants / shirts / armor / arm protector       / leg protector / wrap skirt / cape Historical outfit set made with unique fabric. To attach wings, there is a slit in the back of doublet and shirts. You can attach wings by opening the slit. Without the wings, slit will stay closed. 
* Claude Hair accessory
  In case of fantasy head it can be little difficult to put the hair accessory on because of the magnet.  So please put it on the wig.   
* Fantasy head

Please choose between Demon head or Vampire head. Also choose same skin color as the normal human head.  Default head without make up will be provided. If you want same doll as the promotion picture,  please choose make up from option.
 
* Fantasy hands parts



Please choose same skin color as the normal human head. Default hands without make up will be provided. If you want same doll as the promotion picture,  please choose make up from option.   
* Horn parts
You can attach horns only on the Demon head with a magnet. Please order it with Demon head only.In case of Vampire head, it is designed with smooth forehead out any broken horn or holes.You cannot attach the horn on Vampire head so please do not order horns with Vampire head. Default horns without make up will be provided. If you want same doll as the promotion picture,  please choose make up from option.   
* Wing parts

You can attach the wings on the torso with a magnet. If you order wings, torso with magnet will be delivered. If you order wing parts, special torso part which you can attach wing parts will be sent. Please make sure that you will receive a special torso parts for wings. All wings will be sent brushed and assembled.   
* Wig


  If you want same wigs used in the promotion picture, please order them separately.

* Accessories can be changed to similar design without notice. * Dolls are customized products.    Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel.  * There is a parting line behind the legs and we will send them without removing them. * Basically dolls are provided without makeup.    If you want make up, please select make up option. * We apply same make up as promotion pictures,    but there still could be a slight difference between individual dolls. * It will take about 50-60 business days to finish a doll. * If you order outfit or accessories, it can take more time. * If you order in event period, it can take more time. * All dolls are sent assembled.

Notice

- We do not remove parting lines because there can be a color difference.

-Little speck and small bubbles are not considered as a problem.

-In case of dark skin dolls, there can be gate marks on shoulders, wrist, ankles and etc. 

-If a doll is exposed to light (sunlight or indoor light) for a long time skin can turn yellow so please avoid any kind of light.
-In case of dark skin dolls, it can discolor if it is exposed in the thinner for long time.Also use soft brush or sponge when you remove face up.
-In case of light color skin dolls, the resin might be look semitransparent.
-Due to manufacturing difficulties, scratches, bubbles or dust inside the doll is not considered as a default.

Shipping Info

* Dolls will be finished with 60~90 business days after ordering. For more information, please refer to each doll's product description.
* If we don't receive down payment within 3 days, order will get canceled automatically.
* We use EMS or EMS premium to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged by EMS or EMS premium.
* Depending on weight and destination, shipping cost will be charged differently. * All certificate will be issued to recipient instead of orderer.

Exchange/Refund

* Dolls are customized products so once an order is confirmed, we cannot offer refund or exchange. * So if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 3 days after ordering.* If you cancel a doll order after we start making the item, 50% cancelling fee will be charged. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
* If there is a problem with the product, Iplehouse will take charge of the shipping cost.
