The post office shipping fee policy has changed due to the COVID-19.
After comparing the box size and weight, the shipping cost is determined whichever is larger.

We suggest a few ways to reduce of shipping costs for our customers as much as possible.

1. In case of purchasing Dolls only
- One doll
 After packing the doll in the default box, the box is wrapped in plastic.

2. When purchasing dolls and items (except HID-M)

Parcel will be double packed by using a shipping box that has 6cm more space.
We provide a box with an empty space 6cm high above the doll box.
In this case, you can pack items by putting them in a 6cm space.

Exception) Clothes that has flat shape can be packed by default box and wrapped in plastic.

<Notice>
If you buy only one item in a 6cm space: You pay the shipping cost for the remaining space, so it is economical to add some more items for the empty space.
When unboxing, do not use a knife to prevent damage to the items or the default box.



3. When purchasing only items

EMS box basic size:
As # 2 Notice, shipping is calculated with the minimum box No. 1, so it is more economical to purchase the necessary items at once to fit inside the box rather than one single item.
