We would like to inform you that there are some changes in custom makeup.
If you want to order custom makeup,
Please be sure to ask us on Q&A board whether it is possible before ordering.
Since we are in a situation which all requests are not acceptable,
we would like to take orders only when possible.
And although some of past orders were actually Special Custom Make Up,
but they were often paid as a Simple Custom Make Up fee.
This happened because the manager did not understand the make-up operation properly.
From now on, the custom make up artists will set the price themselves after several discussion.
As artists are also planning to take part on pricing and make up details, clearer results are expected.
We hope for your understanding and cooperation with this situation.
Following is how to order custom makeup :
1. Check if the custom make up is available on the Q&A board - after discussion we leave replies.
2. If it is confirmed and available, order your doll with NO make up
3. Administrator adds your custom makeup to the doll order
4. If your doll order is already paid, you can order and pay custom makeup seperately/
If your doll oreder is not paid, add makeup order to the doll order and pay them all together at once.
Makeup will be provided in two: Simple Custom Make up and Special Custom Make Up.
Simple Custom Make Up is applicable when you change only one part of the basic make up of a purchasing doll.
Ex) SID Stella Order- Change lips from type B to type SID Eva B.
Ex) Order YID Bliss - Change the eyebrows shapes and colors from the type Bliss A to Bliss B.
Special Custom Make Up amount depends on your request.
If you request make up of other head on our site than the one you're purchasing, you need to order Special Custom Makeup for it.
If you send an actual person's picture or designate specific make up in several different parts,
such as eyebrows, face blushing, or lips etc, the amount will be added depending on working time and difficulty of
requested make up.
Ex) Order EID Bibianne - EID Doria A Type Makeup (Basic Amount)
Ex) SID Marie Order- Eye Shadow as real life person's photo +lips as JID Cordelia (Basic + Extra amount)
When you send us the picture, please make sure it is clear and everything is well showing.
Abstract expressions such as bright and dark are not helpful, so please attach an exact example picture.
