It is announcement of Iple dolls’ manufacture and shipping.
Delay
We have still few of orders from last year which are layaway,
And we are preparing those, and going to finish shipping in May.
We completed about 90% of January orders which was paid at once, and are doing makeups of orders that we still have not finished. We can send it in the end of April, or in the beginning of May.
February orders paid at once are going to be finised in the beginning of May, so we can send those in the end of May.
As we are doing ester job,and makeup, we cannot take option or makeup change of January, and February orders.
We will start 1st manufacturing of March order, as soon as January, and February orders are finished,
so basically we will start March order in the beginning of May.
The situation of manufacture and shipping dates.
As last year orders’ payments were finished in March, those dolls’ processes are later than January, and February (paid at once)
Chris and Oscar take more time as we need to prepare their items, so it is difficult to be shipped in May. We hope you understand this.
As January and February orders’ layaways will finish in April~May, we are going to arrange their manufacture when the payments are finished.
When orders made from December to February are finished, we will make orders made in March.
Some customers are asking us why they do not receive their orders while people who ordered later got their dolls.
That is because when we make dolls and if there is any problem, we need to make parts again.
That makes orders shipping date different.
We are not going to change the order of process because of customers’ requests on purpose.
We will ship it in normal way.
Too much requests make our staff stressed out, and also other customers are affected by that.
Please understand us and support us.
As we have too many orders to make, even owner and sculpt artist are making dolls.
We are doing our best to ship your orders as soon as possible.

1. If you place a custom makeup doll in your order, give us your ideal makeup style.
2. Please write address correctly.
3. Pay us additional shipping fee ASAP if your address is EMS Premium.
4. Sudden requests of adding items cause confusion to management.
