Hello, this is Iplehouse.

Beause of program error head event has been stopped temporarily.
We received so many orders in very short time, and because of this head was sold more than we had in stock.
Currently we are fixing this problem and we will open remaining heads on 10 am April 1st. (Korean time)

And because of above reason, we have to cancel some of the orders we alrady received.
We will send Email to ones we have to cancel.

Also there are some things we want to ask you about up coming head event.

1. Already half of heads were sold out so there won't be that much heads.
2. We want to offer opportunity to a lot of customers we will limit order quantity to two for one person.
3. We cannot offer layaway for head orders.
