This is Iplehouse makeup artist.
I have been doing most of makeup samplings for 2years, and still doing all my best to send you nice dolls.
The manager who was in charge of board now in maternity holiday, so I am doing some of works she used to do, and also other staffs are helping this work together.
She is coming back after 3 or 4 months, and because of this situation there are many difficulties in working.
Our previous manager could what customers could do by their own, as she has more time than us, because we have other main jobs to do.
Therefore we would appreciate if you do the things you can do by yourself, and tell us what exactly you want to request for.
I am eager to sending dolls as soon as possible, but currently it is hard for me to do because I am dealing with even with very small requests from customers.
As I am in charge of layaway payment, I want to say this.
Please keep the payment day alright and make sure layaway with less than 4 times.
If you make lots of payments with small amount of money, I do not have time for finishing makeup T.T
Please help us keep focus on sending your orders ASAP.
