Currently we are having some difficulties in finding information regarding orders and we want to ask for your help.
First, if you go to Paypal site by using our link, we can track the sender easily.
But if you send payment by visiting Paypal site directly, you have to leave us your information.
If you don't leave your order number or any kind of info. and use different name and Email, it is very hard to find who sent payment to us.
So please leave your order number when you send payment from visting Paypal site directly.
Also there are customers who has several orders in layaway.
This case please leave your order number so we can know where we should put payment into.
If you just send payment to us and if you have 5 orders in layaway, it is hard to know where we should put it in.
Lastly, our system doesn't divide address into city or state.
Every country uses different addess system so we divide address into only two, country name and rest of address.
There are a lot of customers who hasn't put city or state in address.
This case, we only have your country name and detail address without state or city.
Mostly we check address one more time if address is too short but we can miss some of them.
So please check your address one more time and change them in MY IPLE if you haven't put city or state in the address.
