Hello, this is Iplehouse.

From next week we are planning to delete some of the user IDs.

First, if you have more than one user ID, we will combine all the records to one user ID you use most frequently and delete other user IDs. So if you have more than one user ID, please delete other IDs you don’t use within this week.

Second, we will delete user ID if address is incomplete. EMS program can only read alphabet used in English. So if other letters or symbols like ' " / ; : * , is included in the address, we will delete the user ID.

We will start the process from next week so if you want to use certain ID, please leave a message in Q&A board within this week.
